This is the most recent photo of my natural hair. This style is formed from a 1 week braidout. I've decided to start braiding my hair more for faster growth and also for a protective hairstyle when sleeping. I LOVE LOVE the length and thickness of my hair. Excited for more growth.

Okay so I'm in love with Braid Outs....clearly lol. I co-washed my hair, I moisturized with QP Olive Oil Mango Butter Moisturizer, then I braided my hair into about 7 braids (you can have as much or as little braids as you like. It all depends on the look you want and how thick and full you want it to look) and then I allowed these braids to air dry for 2 days. And this was the results well sort of. This is the results after I teased and fluffed it. Go for what works for you :)

My Natural Hair Journey
When I first decided that I wanted to go Natural I was still very unsure; so I took my time and I started off by transitioning. I am still in my transitioning phase. I am looking forward to being completely natural at the end of this year. I started my transitioning phase sometime in the summer of 2012 and then I fell short and started texturizing. Now I can officially say that my real journey begun in Summer 2013, since then I have applied no chemicals into my hair. Yaaaay chemical free hair :) I'm excited about my journey. I LOVE my natural hair and I hope that everyone eventually embraces who they are... Le Naturally :)
